Individual Support Courses And Certification of workers in the community and/or residential setting who adhere to an individualised plan to give person-centered support to individuals who may need support due to ageing, disability, or other factors is reflected in the individual support courses and certification qualification. Work requires making decisions and exercising judgement regarding individual support as well as accepting accountability for one's own outputs. Workers possess a variety of factual, technical, and procedural knowledge in addition to some theoretical understanding of the principles and procedures necessary to offer person-centered care.
