I've come across a few apps that aren't available on the App Store and was wondering if it's safe to download iPhone apps from external sources? What are the risks involved, and how can I ensure that the app is secure before installing it? For example, I want to download the Scarlet iOS app from this download page. I want to know if this website is safe and secure.
