Question About Goblins in Minecraft Mod

Hey everyone!

I recently started playing a Minecraft mod that adds goblins (not sure of the exact name—possibly "Goblin Traders" or something similar). 

I’m enjoying the dynamic these little guys bring to the game, but I have a few questions:

1. How do I find goblins consistently? Are there specific biomes or conditions where they spawn more often?
   
2. What kind of trades or interactions should I prioritize?
   
3. Any tips on protecting them from hostile mobs?
   

By the way, this mod is quickly becoming one of the best minecraft porn mods I’ve tried! Thanks for any advice
