What are the reasons why you can’t create calendar in Outlook?

Reasons why you can’t create an Outlook shared calendar are:

1.  Entering an invalid email address while sharing
2.  You can’t send a calendar invite if the email belongs to a Microsoft 365 group
3.  If email has been sent to a person who isn’t a part of the organization
4.  If your Outlook software is not updated to the latest version
