I'm dealing with persistent ankle pain
#1
Hello! I’ve been struggling with some persistent pain in the top of my foot for weeks now. It feels a bit swollen, and it's hard to move without discomfort. I’ve tried icing and resting, but the pain keeps coming back. Any advice on how to get rid of it?

Hey there! I’ve had similar issues with top of foot pain before, and I can totally empathize. It can be so frustrating! When I had that kind of discomfort, I went to Gramercy Physical Therapy in Manhattan https://gptny.com/anklefoot . They specialize in treating foot and ankle pain, including problems at the top of the foot, and they were a huge help for me. The team there uses a variety of treatments, including ultrasound therapy and neural stretching, which targets areas that might not be healing as quickly. They really personalized my plan, focusing on restoring strength and flexibility in the foot and ankle. Plus, they provided great advice on footwear and posture adjustments, which really made a difference in managing the pain long-term. If you haven’t already, I’d definitely recommend seeing them. They’ve helped so many people with similar issues, and their approach is really thorough and effective.
